• Our representatives are always there to answer customer questions and we make sure of prompt replies to all the e-mails.

Exchange & Returns:

• Here at Americajackets we don’t have the return policy but we do entertain exchanges in case of defective product.
• In case of defective products Americajackets will bear the inward and outward shipment cost.
• Customer will only be required to pay the shipments cost in all other cases other than that of a defective product.
• In case of receiving a defective product, customer is required to notify Americajackets within three days time and ship the products with in the mentioned time.

Shipment Terms:

• We use International couriers like DHL, FedEx, TNT or SKYNET for all the shipments from our overseas Americajackets production facility.
• Our goal is to deliver the products as early as possible, however, it may take up to 8-15 business days due to various unforeseen circumstances eg. location, nature of order, customs, international situations).
• All the shipments offered are without the freight insurance coverage.
• All the product process on the document are without any import duties/taxes of local government charges. You are advised to contact your country’s custom office for more details.

Important Instructions :

• We advise that you review our size chart carefully and inform us via email. Please make sure you mention all the modifications as clearly as possible if any.
• We are more than happy to entertain your special requirements, however an additional charge of $20 will be added on custom sizes.
• You might observe slight color variation in the final product you receive from the picture. This happens due to many factors such as brightness of monitor, Genuine to Synthetic leather, camera flash and photographic lighting sources etc.
• For RUSSIAN FEDERATION shipment is only limited to the areas of SAINT PETERSBURG & MOSCOW.
• Americajackets will not be responsible, if a buyer selects the wrong size. Please be careful when selecting the size. Make sure you know your own measurements right.
• Americajackets has its own size chart, therefore it should not be misunderstood with any country (US, UK) specific size chart.
